How much should I take and how?

Take one capsule (1x) once a day without chewing with two large glasses of water.

When should I take the capsule?

Take approximately 15 to 30 minutes before a meal (lunch or dinner).

I can't swallow a capsule:

One capsule can be drawn up and the contents mixed with water and drunk.

If you forget to take it, please do NOT take twice the amount for the next dose.

The recommended intake is one (1) capsule per day.I AM PREGNANT / I AM STILL. CAN I TAKE THE CAPSULES?

The capsules are suitable for men aged 18 and over.

Side effects:
